Our Process:

1. Initial Rinse to Cool and Protect
   Before applying any cleaning solution, we rinse the roof or building exterior with water to cool the surface and prevent thermal shock. This important step helps protect the metal from warping or other damage during the cleaning process.

2. Soft Wash Treatment
   Next, we apply a soft wash solution made from sodium hypochlorite and a professional-grade surfactant. This combination works to break down organic growth on contact without using high pressure, which could damage the surface.

3. Dwell Time
   We allow the solution to dwell for approximately 10–15 minutes, ensuring it penetrates and lifts stubborn growth safely and effectively.

4. Final Rinse
   Once the treatment has done its job, we perform a thorough rinse of the entire surface, leaving your metal building or roof clean, bright, and free of organic buildup.

Please Note: Our metal cleaning service includes soft washing only for algae, mold, and mildew removal.
Oxidation removal is not included in this service and requires a separate, specialized treatment that is priced differently.
