Questions
The $10 credit posts as soon as we've connected with the neighbor you referred and confirmed they're a real person. The $25 gift card (and the bigger rewards) go out once that neighbor's job is done and paid for.
No limit. One form holds up to 10 neighbors — if you've got more than that, just submit and start another form. The more of your neighbors who book, the bigger your rewards get.
Someone new to us — not a current customer and not already getting a quote — whose contact info you share through this form, and who you have permission to refer. If they book a job of $150 or more within about 4 months, it counts as a booked referral.
No. Anyone can refer a neighbor. Your $10 credits just wait on your account until you book a service of your own, and gift cards for booked referrals are sent either way.
We send it digitally — you pick from Amazon, Visa, Calhoun Coffee Company, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, or Zaxby's when we reach out to confirm your reward.
Every submission comes straight to Raiden, and we log it against your name. When one of your neighbors books, we match it back to you.
- The $10 credit posts once we've reached your neighbor and confirmed it's a real person — even if they don't book.
- Rewards for a booked job are sent after that job is completed and paid in full.
- The referred job has to be $150 or more.
- Club credit has no cash value. You can apply up to $50 of it to any one job; the rest rolls to your next.
- Credits are good for 18 months from the day they're issued.
- Referrals need to be new to us — not someone already in our system or already getting a quote.
- If two people refer the same neighbor, the first one to send it in gets the reward.
- Your neighbor needs to book within about 4 months of being referred.
- The reward ladder (3rd, 5th) resets at the start of each calendar year.
- Sextons may change or end the Curb Appeal Club at any time; rewards already earned will be honored.
